Tell us about your company and
services
:

One Smart Company Hosting is about giving hosting customers what they
are searching for: stable, reliable service from an experienced group of
hosting experts for a reasonable price. Too many other hosting companies
either aren't in business long enough to really help customers realize
their dreams about their websites, or don't have the technical
capabilities or experience that One Smart Company Hosting has. We offer
single-domain shared hosting accounts, dedicated virtual servers, fully
dedicated custom-built servers, ecommerce solutions, reseller packages,
and great affiliate programs, referral programs and a Link Exchange
Program that no other hosting company offers. We do all this and more for
incredibly low prices while still maintaining quality service. We only
offer the smartest services for our smart customers.

What are your target markets?

We server hosting resellers, web developers, and anyone that just needs
a really stable, secure web hosting server for hosting a domain or two.

What makes you different from other web
hosting companies?

One Smart Company Hosting has a five-year business plan and has (and
will continue) to operate our servers from a maximum reliability,
high-security viewpoint.

What would you say is your company's
main strength?

We strive to operate One Smart Company Hosting as a response to all the
comments we hear about the many terrible hosting companies on the Internet
today. Our main strength is that we are the antithesis of the rest of
those terrible companies.

In your opinion, what make great
hosting services?

Server stability, control panel ease-of-use, great prices, and
efficient, knowledgeable technical support staff make for the best
customer experience. We know this because we have all hosted with other
companies at one point and have heard what most people say about their
experiences with hosting companies. We also listen very closely to what
our customers tell us.

Describe the support services that you
provide:

We provide 24/7 email support with Live Chat on our website as well as
a tracking trouble ticket system in our Secure Client Info Center webpage.
We provide complete documentation for our control panels and maintain a
very useful and focused FAQ for our customer’s use. Through our last
tracking period, support tickets were completed and solved on an average
of 1.08 hours. 90% of tickets were completed within 30 minutes. We
constantly monitor our servers and our support service levels to provide
maximum support levels targeted at the price of the service.

Where do you see the hosting industry
4-5 years from now?

In 4-5 years, I see hosting changing dramatically. Control panels
continue to evolve and target different types of customers. There will be
an expansion of services focusing on getting non-webmaster customers into
the hosting market as well as adding stability and offerings to resellers
to ensure their success. We also plan to be around in 5 years as we have a
solid business plan, a great team of people, and fantastic customers whom
we love to support. It will be an exciting time in the hosting industry as
new changes in technology and software give us the tools to provide even
more quality services to our loyal customers.
