Tell us about your company and
services:
Our company (UKdzine) is a UK based web hosting and design company. We
offer both Windows and Linux hosting plans and also dedicated servers. Our
custom design prices are very competitive and are of a high quality. We
offer a wide range of hosting packages; from starter hosting at £0.99 per
month to our corporate hosting priced at £29.99 per month.
What are your target markets?
The market that we wish to aim our services at, are the professional
small to medium-sized business who wish to have an easily controlled
solution for their online needs.
We aim to offer our services to serious companies and individuals around
the world, not just in the UK.
What makes you different from other web
hosting companies?
Our extremely high level of customer support, and, our willingness to
help our customers. Our prices and packages are always highly competitive
and we are always striving to improve our services to meet our customer’s
needs. We can help with every aspect of our customer’s websites; from
hosting, to design and maintenance.
What would you say is your company's
main strength?
Our customer support and hosting package range are our main strengths!
In your opinion, what make great
hosting services?
A great hosting service is a company that is always be available for
the customer to deal with their every query. Although, a great hosting
service will not allow it’s customers to come across many problems. A
great hosting company will help its customers every step of the way and
will assist them pre-customer and post-customer.
Describe the support services that you
provide:
We pride ourselves on our support services. We offer support via our
Online Help Desk (trouble ticket system), through e-mail, live customer
support (live chat) and by means of instant messaging (ICQ & MSN
Messenger). We pass our customers messages to the correct department that
will be able to assist them best.
Where do you see the hosting industry
4-5 years from now?
4-5 years from now, we see the hosting industry being instant. Prices
will be affordable and packages to suit the user’s budget will be a
plenty. We are forever striving to keep up with the ever growing hosting
industry and hope that in 4-5 years we will be up there with the front
runners.
