Tell us about your company and
services:
We try to provide our customers with one of the cheapest hosting
packages on the planet. Our fast servers and inexpensive plans are ideal
for everybody, from individuals seeking personal hosting to small
enterprises looking for a cost effective way to represent themselves on
the internet. All our hosting packages are packed with features that would
make every website developer happy.
What are your target markets?
With our three hosting plans priced in euro’s we try to target all
countries trading in euro’s.
What makes you different from other web
hosting companies?
We are different from other web hosting companies in Europe because we
try to target the whole of the European Union. We do this by trying to
offer our services in a number of languages spoken within the EU. So far
we have only been able to add Dutch, but we are working on a French and
German version of the site.
What would you say is your company's
main strength?
The strong point of our company is that we offer very complete hosting
packages with the opportunity to add a number of domains to each package.
Therefore we can provide quality hosting for a very affordable price, and
if you consider that you can already host 5 domains on our Lite Plan that
means you will pay only €4 per year per domain for your hosting.
In your opinion, what make great
hosting services?
In general great hosting services first of all include a lot of
features in their hosting plans. What is also important is a good customer
service replies to problems within a few hours and that can actually solve
the occurring problems.
Describe the support services that you
provide:
To support our hosting service we set up a FAQ system and all common
issues we deal with will be added to our FAQ system in all languages that
we support. We also have option for our website visitors to chat with one
of our customer service representatives to answer questions directly.
Where do you see the hosting industry
4-5 years from now?
Hosting will become more and more important in the coming 4-5 years.
Even more companies will discover the opportunities the internet has to
offer them in order to sell their products. The trend that individuals
move from free hosting providers like Geocities to paid domain hosting
will also continue in the coming 4-5 years, so that market will become
more and more interesting for the hosting industry.
