Q. Can I upgrade the plan whenever I wish?
A Yes, you are free to upgrade your plan whenever you wish and there is no charge for that.
Q. I forgot my user Id and password
A Provide us (billing@bsindia.com) your email address, which you used to sign up with us and we will send you the User id and pass of your account.
Q. I wish to change my credit card info. How do I do that?
A Kindly send all the below details in password protected file to billing@bsindia.com
Details required:
Domain name
Cardholder name
Contact Id
Card number, which you wish to change
Expiry date
Q. I want to change my contact details. What should I do?
A Please send us the new contact details with your account number and domain name. We will change it and inform you.
Q. I want an invoice of this month bill is it possible to send it to me?
A Please send us a request to billing@bsindia.com
Q. What is the additional charge of 1 gb bandwidth?
A We charge $4 for additional 1 GB Bandwidth. For more details contact billing@bsindia.com
Q. What is the charge of additional 100 mb space?
A We charge $4 for additional 100 MB space. For more details contact billing@bsindia.com
Q. Why I am billed automatically?
A Your plans are in auto renewal mode so we will charge your card on file automatically until you cancel your account with us.
Q. My domain and plan are going to expire what should I do?
A Your plans are in auto renewal mode so we will charge your card on file automatically until you cancel your account with us.
Q. Am I charged twice?
A If you have any doubt of being charged twice kindly inform us immediately with the transaction details to billing@bsindia.com
Q. Why I am billed for two plans? I have only one account with you, which is upgraded recently?
A Once you upgrade your plan please raise a cancellation request to your previous plan. This cancellation is must otherwise you will be billed for both the plans.
Note: We will cancel your recurring bill for the old plan whereas we will not delete your account with us.
Q. Where is my account, which I have signed up recently?
A Please provide us (billing@bsindia.com) the order number you got while signing up for the plan we will check you and inform you immediately.
Q. I wish to see the status of my domain

Q. Why my account is suspended?
A There are many reasons for suspending an account some of them are as below:
If you SPAM
If you are running adult content
If we could not bill the card on file
If you exceed bandwidth limit
Q. Please cancel my account.
A To cancel your account you have to raise a cancellation request to billing@bsindia.com
Q. How much I should pay for the renewal of my domain name?
A You will have to pay $7.45 to renew your domain with us.
Q. How long does it take for my account to be setup after signing up?
A Your account will be setup within 24 hours of sign-up. You will receive an account information email within 24 hours after signing-up. If you do not receive an initial email from us immediately after you sign up you can contact billing@bsindia.com
Q. Can I switch over to another plan like from Linux to Windows and what should I do for that?
A Yes, you can switch over to another plan at any time you wish. For that you need to signup for the plan you wish to switch over from our site www.bsindia.com. Once we execute your new plan, transfer all your valuable data’s to your new plan and raise a cancellation request for old plan. Upon your request we will cancel your old account and will refund you on prorate basis for the unused period.
