OS ANGELES, Aug. 27 (AP) - A federal judge has dismissed an antitrust complaint against an Internet oversight group brought by a company that controls directories for Internet users worldwide. The ruling Thursday, by Judge A. Howard Matz of the United States District Court for Central California, dismissed the suit by VeriSign Inc. against the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers, or Icann.
