Tell us about your company and
services:
Zenutech strives to deliver premium hosting packages. Whether the customer
requires entry-level or enterprise-level hosting, we have a solution to meet
these needs.
We provide features like PHP, CGI, MySQL, and FrontPage that are sure to meet
the hosting requirements and to ensure the highest quality of service, we provide
24x7 toll-free telephone support.
Zenutech also provides web design, consulting and domain name registration
services. In the last 6 months, we've also added VPS, Dedicated and Co-location
server hosting as part of our services.
What are your
target markets?
We target small and medium businesses that are looking to sell products or
services online. We provide one-on-one free consultation calls to discuss each
customer's requirements. After discussing these requirements, we provide them
with a solution that meets their unique requirements.
Besides targeting North America as a whole, we also target locally here in Fredericton.
Some Canadians prefer to choose a Canadian hosting company, and we are here
to help them.
What makes you different from other web
hosting companies?
Zenutech's has designed its own industry leading Web Control Panel allowing
our clients to remotely manage their web hosting account via the web. We plan
to eventually market our control panel for other hosting companies to use.

Billing, Technical support questions are answered 24/7 toll free by telephone.
Comparing our company to other providers, few offer 24/7 toll free telephone

What would you say is your company's
main strength?
Our main strength is our customer support. A customer can feel the comfort
that with us, they can reach us at anytime and speak with someone if they have
any problems. We will guide them through installing their email and other features,
even if it requires us to do it over the phone.
Support tickets are handled in most cases under 15 minutes.
In your opinion, what make great
hosting services?
Opinions on great web hosting will vary whether you are looking for personal
or business web hosting. We believe that premium customer service, a knowledgeable
team as well as hosting flexibility makes great business web hosting.

4-5 years from now?
In the past 4-5 years, the web hosting industry has seen steady growth as
more and more businesses and individuals decide to setup an online presence.
Unfortunately for us however, the number of web hosting companies emerging online
has also seen a steady increase. It is difficult to predict what will happen
in the next 4-5 years, but we believe that the industry will maintain steady
growth and hopefully the number of emerging web hosting companies will not increase
too much. However, we believe that it is very important to gain and maintain
market share at this time to ensure our future success.
