Tell us about your company and
services:
Fast2host was previously called Domain Web Services, but change our name when
we launched our new servers and services. We have been providing web hosting
for nearly 5 years now along with website design. We now also offer reseller
services and ADSL. All of our services are aimed towards personal and business
users but come with standard features that you would not expect to find with
many other web hosts along with high reliability and many years of experience.
Our hosting packages come with standard features such as an advanced web based
control panel provided by Helm, most scripting languages, online billing/invoices
and we also offer a whole range of optional extras such as your own SSL and
dedicated IP.
Fast2host maintains robust, high-speed, redundant networks throughout. Networks
feature the highest quality hardware, most sophisticated networking technologies
and protocols, and superior protection of the client's data and networking hardware.
Technical experts perform server configurations, network services, and managed
services that include ongoing support in capacity planning, performance monitoring,
and system management. We also ensure industry-leading network performance,
reliable data delivery, and guaranteed response times.
What are your
target markets?
We mostly aim at the UK market but do accept orders from Europe and the US.
The reseller market is growing very fast at the moment so we have just launched
great services for resellers. However we mostly aim at web designers, home users,
small businesses and developers.
What makes you different from other web
hosting companies?
As we are a smaller company we offer a great one to one service. This is why
our customers keep coming back. We get to know our customers and help them through
any issues no matter how small or big. We will make changes to the servers to
fit the customers' needs, install extra components or support them the best
way we can.
What would you say is your company's

In your opinion, what make great
hosting services?
All hosts offer the basically the same features and services. Windows or Linux
hosting with php, asp, SQL and so on. The only difference being the amount of
web space and bandwidth. This is why we offer something a little more in the
line of support. This is the area that can always be improved on. And we concentrate
on offering the best support.

Where do you see the hosting industry
4-5 years from now?
The prices of dedicated servers will really drop. They have already started
to. It maybe just as easy to get your own server as it is to buy shared hosting
with prices almost the same. The shared web hosting market may become flooded
like the Linux hosting market.
