Domain Name Valuation Model Includes Expanded Extensions!
Berkeley, CA (PRWEB) January 14 2004--DomainMart today announced the expansion of its domain appraisal and valuation services to include additional gTLDs. They are also introducing a free service that provides a weekly listing of undervalued domain names.
The expanded statistical-valuation model can price net, org, biz, info, and us domain names, while improving the accuracy of dot-com valuations. This is made possible by use of new domain-name-sale data. However, “there still are not enough data to value country domain names (ccTLDs) with any satisfactory accuracy,†noted Alex Tajirian, President and CEO of DomainMart.
DomainMart will continue to provide three levels of service: a Price Guide ($15), an Appraisal Report ($75), and a discounted cash-flow valuation ($200 per hour).
The new free weekly service will profile two undervalued domain names randomly selected from various brokers for sale listings. The estimated price gap between the listed price and the market value is based on their appraisal model.
DomainMart is a pioneer in providing domain-name secondary-market services, including appraisal/valuation, leasing management, escrow, and protection since 1996.
