Tell us about your company and
services:
H-Realms Hosting has a goal to make finding hosting designed for the customer
easy. We offer hosting services designed for the customer, with 100% customer
satisfaction guaranteed. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of InnoCentric Technologies.
What are your target markets?
Our services are geared toward anyone who wants web hosting services run by
trained, talented staff who have years of experience in hosting. If you're looking
for cheap, unrealistically priced hosting run by kids in a basement, our services
aren't for you. If you want affordable, reliable services run by hosting experts
and monitored 24/7 with 24/7 support, our services are right up your ally.
What makes you different from other web
hosting companies?
I think one difference is how selective we are with staff and servers. We are
nothing without our staff, because they run the company. We have a really rigorous
hiring routine, especially for network engineers and technical support. We make
sure they are ready to work with customers before they are put on payroll. We
also monitor our servers and make sure they are running at their best ALL of
the time. That's why we offer money back guarantees, because we have experts
monitoring our network and systems all the time. I also think we're different
because of our customer focus. Our executive team takes our customers seriously,
since without them we'd be a company with a building and servers.
What would you say is your company's
main strength?
We refuse to make more profit at the expense of the customer. We think our
customers will stay with us if we give them what we want. We can do this because
many of our staff was once customers of a bad hosting service and know what
not to do and what we need to do.
In your opinion, what make great
hosting services?
Knowing what you're doing. There are so many companies who are run by 13 year
olds selling insane amounts of space and bandwidth for unreal prices. These
people won't be around in three years. We know what we're doing, that's why
we're not going anywhere (unless we move datacenters).
Describe the support services that you
provide:
Because we want to keep prices as low as possible, all support is internet
based via our support desk, live chat and email. We're also launching a community
forum in the coming months so our clients can interact with each other and us.
Where do you see the hosting industry
4-5 years from now?
I picture there being 50,000 companies, only 20 of which can provide services.
I still see us there, being in the top 20.
